Wink Medival Spring

Here's another one of my pieces that I've done recently.

http://www.geocities.com/msl_007/medivalspring.mp3

You might have to right click and choose save target as to listen to the song. It's not actually attached to any website.

It's similar in structure to A Life's Journey (another song I posted) in the fact that its based on variations of the opening melodies. And, once again, I used free soundfonts, so it isn't the best quality.

Any suggestions to make it better would be much appreciated. These can come from the production aspect (sampling, efftects, etc ... ) or from the composing/arranging standpoint. (I can post the score another day if that would help)

Thanks in advance for any help.

Mark

No takers?

Well, that's okay. We all know how busy we all are.

I've signed up with SoundClick.com, and the two songs I have posted on the forum are on there. (In fact, I am listening to them right now!)

And, I've uploaded the score to this song. As always, comments are appreciated.

Very nice, the second section gets a bit crowded for my liking, but that could be as simple a fix as adjusting the mixers and volumes. very pleasant just to sit back and listen to. well done.

Thank you for the wonderful compliment. I do agree, though, there are times when my mixing skills could be sharpened.
