Ungdomsteatret (jingle) This is a sketch for a jingle for a norwegian radio program (The Youth Theater), the commisioner didn’t want me to develop this idea, so I didn’t get the gig. Looking back on it, the sketch could have been the jingle as it was ![]() Synthesizers, fretless bass and vocals by me, xcept for rhythm box, which I programmed. ![]() Regards

Re: Ungdomsteatret (jingle) I wonder what the client finally went with? Clients are a fickle lot. Was the moon in the right phase? Did Jupiter align with Mars? But if I was a conventional youth theatre radio producer-type (and I've worked in and around the radio biz for 20 years, man) making programs like Sleeping Beauty, my first impression would be that the jingle starts too darkly. I would go for the usual cutesy kiddie stuff that's been around for ages. However, I'm not the usual producer type, so I'd definitely give this one a go if you sped up the tempo a little.

Re: Ungdomsteatret (jingle) Hehe, it should be noted that “Youth” in this respect means “Adolesent”, hence “Theatre for teenagers”, so any kid referrals would be misplaced here ![]() Regards

Re: Ungdomsteatret (jingle) Yes, would make a good clip for an ad or trailer. Shame it wasn't used.
