Javascript for sniffing mp3’s with Google, free and legal!

Here is a small javascript for finding mp3’s with Google:

javascript:void(q=prompt('Search%20for%20Artist:') );if(q)void(location.href='http://www.google.com/search?client=googlet&num=100&q=%22index%20of%20/%22%20%22'+escape(q)+'%22%20mp3')

Cut the above and paste it into your browser’s address bar, do not hit return, but add it as a bookmark. Name the bookmark Mp3 Search. Whenever you use that bookmark, a small window will pop up, letting you enter an artist or a title. Hit return and a google page with many legal mp3 indexes will pop up.

The snag is that not all of these can be verified as legal, so some may be illegal. Proceed at you own risk!
