Symphony in C for large orchestra

Dear all
Some months ago I posted a symphonic movement in C for orchestra. In the meantime I wrote three other movements, so that the symphony now is complete.

For the moment, I uploaded the four movements:

Unfortunately I have not yet finished a pretty score, but I hope I can provide that too in a future time.

Late reply I know. I have just downloaded it to my ipod andwill spend some time listening to it and get back to you. Mind you I expect that quite a few people have listened to it anyway judging by the viewings.

I am totally blown away by this piece, so much so that I have already dowloaded the other two pieces!

I would hope that you will get your music played sometime. If you ever publish please let me know because I know of a small orchestra that would love the challenge!

Oh, I am very glad to read that you liked the music. I worked pretty hard and very intensively at it and I finally completely lost any analytic distance to the piece, so I am really depending on other people's judgement about the work.

Well, it depends on how "small" the orchestra ist. For the symphony the following instruments are needed:
2 Flutes
2 Oboes
2 Clarinets
2 Bassoons
4 French Horns
3 Trumpets
3 Trombones
Tuba
Timpani
Harp (may be omitted, although ...)
Cymbals and triangle (dito)
Strings

I am preparing the score, but it's quite a bit of work ...
