Flipity Gibbit! I like this piece, don't know why I just like it. Do you? http://www.lkrmusic.co.uk/store.php?txtcat=61 you will need quicktime to listen.

Re: Flipity Gibbit! It's ok! Flipity-Gibbit is a good title. I couldn't see the score, it played me a midi instead. Is this one of yours? A real life rendering would sound lighter and more flipity than this rendering, the piccolo could really have a go!

Re: Flipity Gibbit! HA HA! What a funny piece! It reminded me of "Gold Saucer" from Final Fantasy VII. Did you use polytonality in this piece? My ears tell me you have.

Re: Flipity Gibbit! Glad you enjoyed it! As for polytonality, I would not know what that was if it bit me on the bum!

Re: Flipity Gibbit! It means writing in two different keys at the same time. Not necessacereily for the whole piece, maybe just measure long you will have wrote one instrument playing something in D major while another instrument is playing something in C major.

Re: Flipity Gibbit! Thanks for that. I might have done but only because I liked what I was writing not because I knew what I was writing!
