Well, it varies. My schools' is pretty standard. We have two lead players (One pan, two and a half octaves) who usually play the same part, two double seconds (Two pans, three octaves) who play two different parts (The upper part and the lower part (I play the upper part )), a Triple Guitars (Three pans, two and a half octaves), who plays like a cello, and a Bass set (Six pans, three notes on each pan, so it's an octave and a half).
