| Good, but: hehe, the Soprano Bb is not on the list ![]() Also, technically e to c'''' notated I would consider more than 3 1/2 octaves, namely one octave and a minor sixth. Noone makes bass clarinets in A anymore, the inclusion of the Eb on Bb basses was to make it encompass the extra semitone from a low A bass. There is an insane norwegian, Terje Lerstad, who has made a bass clarinet fingering chart for approx 5 1/2 octaves… Also, no symphony orchestras uses the “small” bass to Eb only, but all have down to C. The small variety survives in concert bands. Regards |

| Excellent job on the material. Is it possible to get that topics bar that is at the top of the page a bit more visible? I completely missed it at first. Maybe you can take a short section from each of the sub pages and put them on the main page, with a link to the whole story? Victor. |
