.....

well..it's a very interesting stage for musicians or music students, that takes a lot of subjects togheter, like psicology (in studing alone and in playing for public)..or the effect of the postura not only on the way you play but even on the way you place yourself psichologically to the execution..and we do exercises with attention and concentration..even just seated down in a park..
It's fantastic, I've done it last year and it has changed positively my playing way.

ehm......I don't know if you understand all this in my horrible english..:-P

Ah now, I understand! 8)
A stage on how to physically and mentally prepare for a performance.

I'd love to follow such a class, because there is not paid enough attention on how to do this. Ofcourse, if you got a good teacher, like I have, he'll give tips on how to prepare for it, but a thorough series of lessons on this subject would be very helpful indeed. Unfortunately I wouldn't know where to look for such thing. Even in the conservatories they don't pay attention to this. They expect you to learn it through experience.

Yes, that's true..even in the conservatories they don't pay much attention to these things..I found this stage in toscany, Italy..near Arezzo, there's a wonderful old small village on a geen hill..over the Arno.."Rondine cittadella della pace" and they organize there a lot of interesting stages of all kinds..
Anyway the teacher who teaches these things is Federica Righini..you can find a lot about her in internet..she teaches in a conservatory in the north part of Italy..unfortunatly far from me!!
