Bach's Concerto for Three Violins in D Minor (BWV 1063) I've just listened to Bach's Concerto for Three Violins, and I recognized some influences which I think are coming from a Jewish source. Is that possible? I've Googled for it but found nothing. Do you know anything about that?

Concerto for 3 violins? I didn't know bach wrote one for 3 violins. I know of Bach's double violin concerto in Dminor, (BMV 1043) its one of my favourite concertos. There is some outstanding couterpoint in that piece.

I think that it might just be an arrangement, as some sites said it is for 3 harpsichords, and no violins.
