I don't intend to get rich over this, so think something in the range of 100 $..

Mind you , I'm not sure how they are dealing with serial numbers as I'm getting an upgrade, not a new license. I don't know if that will have the same (or coupled) numbers or not..

Anyone have experience with this kind of thing?

I think (I may not be right here) that with most software when you upgrade the older serial becomes invalid. I would check with the software manufacturers just to make sure though.
