| It was not intended as a song more a ballady sort of piece for trombone and orch.I might have a go at a wind band version if you feel that it would work. |

Yeah, its well written and is suitable for a wide range of instrumentation. This way you've got plently of opportunities to get it performed;. |

| Truth to tell, I thought it was a song as well. The piece certainly has a nice melody. However, I would have liked to have heard a window in the arrangement (maybe 16 bars) for the trombone to improvise, but that's just me. And don't knock so-called cheesy lyrics, you'll be surprised how well some of them sound with a nice melody. I think you should break out the lyrics, Boneman.
